Individual Therapy
I work with individuals struggling with ADHD, anxiety, grief, relationship conflict, identity issues, stress/burnout, and trauma.

What To Expect
As a patient in therapy, you'll be encouraged to process your personal experiences while your therapist provides active listening, validation, feedback, and supportive reaction towards your stated issues. This process helps individuals reflect on their situation from new perspectives and promotes personal growth and insight development. When appropriate, your therapist will offer psychoeducation and skills training to support you in understanding and navigating your stated concerns. Sessions may include discussing difficult emotions, past experiences, and practicing new coping strategies.
While therapy has been shown to be beneficial, results cannot be guaranteed and efforts between sessions are required to establish real personal changes. Your therapist will strive to maintain a safe environment that is conducive for sharing, promotes a sense of acceptance, encourages growth and trust, and communicates value and respect.
The Process
1. Consultation
We'll start with a brief phone conversation so that I can get a sense of the kind of support that you are looking for.
2. Intake Process
You'll receive a link to create a patient portal account online, then fill out some initial paperwork. I'll then reach out to you to schedule your first session, which will take about 6o minutes.
3. Therapy Sessions
During, your first few sessions, I'll learn more about you and together, we will explore the goals you have for therapy. The number of sessions we meet will differ depending on your goals, needs, and how quickly your symptoms resolve.
