Individual Therapy
Psychotherapy is a one-on-one therapeutic process where a trained therapist helps a client explore and address personal challenges, experiences, thoughts, and emotions. It aims to deepen self-awareness, foster personal growth, and improve emotional well-being through tailored strategies and support.

Guided Meditation
Mindfulness meditation helps you focus on the present moment to cultivate a sense of calm and relaxation. You'll be lead through a series of exercises designed to help you become more aware of your thoughts and emotions. Sessions are perfect for those new to meditation or those looking to deepen their practice. ​
