Howdy, I'm Karly Trotter! 

Licensed therapist (LCSW-C) and yogi (RYT 200)

I help people find relief from anxiety, depression, trauma and other mental stress that prevents them from enjoying a full life. My therapeutic approach is relational and transpersonal, with an intention of helping patients more compassionately and curiously connect with themselves.

Individual Therapy

Psychotherapy is a one-on-one therapeutic process where a trained therapist helps a client explore and address personal challenges, experiences, thoughts, and emotions. It aims to deepen self-awareness, foster personal growth, and improve emotional well-being through tailored strategies and support.

Support Groups

Support groups offer a safe, confidential space where you come together to share experiences, offer mutual support, and work through personal challenges. It fosters connection, empowerment, and emotional healing through guided discussions and collective encouragement.

Guided Meditation

Mindfulness meditation helps you focus on the present moment to cultivate a sense of calm and relaxation. You'll be lead through a series of exercises designed to help you become more aware of your thoughts and emotions. Sessions are perfect for those new to meditation or those looking to deepen their practice. ​

Yoga Instruction

Hatha yoga is a practice that focuses on physical postures and breathing techniques to promote and improve overall health. You'll be guided to find balance and strength in both body and mind. Join a class or schedule a private session to discover the benefits for yourself.
